Happenings

When I returned home two weeks ago I returned not really trusting God in the situation. I cried many times, feeling as though God had sent be back to a living hell without caring. Deep down I knew it was God's will because I was advised from my pastor to do so. I do want God's will because I have seen that it is always best. So there was a lot of battle in my heart at times. But God was so good and merciful to me. He didn't have me return to where I left off. Gus had bought a brand new sleeper sofa for us. Even though we are still looking for a two bedroom my husband finally gave in and decided to give the room up to the girls at night. Now we are able to watch movies out in the living room and talk about our daily lives. Because we are able to communicate more, my hard feelings toward him are softening, which is an answer to prayer. For over a year we have been babysitting every time we were together. We woke up with the kids and went to bed with the kids. Now he is able to open up to me on things, which has made the situation so much better. Thank you God for your mercy. Please continue to pray for me.

On another note, I joined my family for Easter at my sister's house this past Sunday. She was so sweet to buy the girls an Easter basket with toys that they could definitely use. She also provided good food and a cake for everyone to enjoy. Thanks Julie!
