Carrie Underwood

When American Idol season 4 came around I was hooked on Carrie Underwood. I made sure she won! As her career took off I loved her voice and music even more. I also couldn't help enjoy the the kind of person she was. She was an innocent country girl who made you wish she was your best friend.

Today, I don't think I can say the same thing about her. I flat out don't think I like her anymore. After her performance on American Idol this past week I was done liking her. She has allowed Hollywood to really get to the way she dresses and the kind of songs she sings. Did anyone notice how short that skirt was?? WOW! Definitely not what I expected from her.

But overall you can't expect much from a non believer. Just take a look at her performance on the American Idol finale in 2006 then watch the one in 2008 and you will be amazed at the contrast.

I'm not that much into music but if I'm going to listen to anyone it's going to be Chris Daughtry or my new boy David Cook. Go David!!

For a thought, that would be the best finale ever if it came down to Daughtry and Cook. Wow!
