Some Funny Happenings

As Heidi was eating lunch in her high chair today I got a phone call from my sister Jennie. As I was talking to her I went into the bedroom to do something. All of a sudden Heidi started yelling and crying, but not as though she was hurt. Still on the phone, I quickly went to the kitchen to see what was wrong. Her cry was more of a cry of fear as she covered her eyes with her hands. I tried to figure out what was wrong. Suddenly I burst into laughter and told Jennie what I was seeing. A fly had landed on Heidi's tray and she was terrified!!


Recently I was cruising on my bed with Heidi next to me. At that time Trudi decided that she was going to try to make her way into the room with her walker. I said to Heidi, "Look, there's Dee," which is what Heidi calls her. Then I said to Trudi, "Hi, Dee!" Suddenly I felt so stupid. Heidi must have been wondering why I shouted out her name.
