Today is the day I'm going to lower the crib. Yep, I haven't done it yet. Trudi hasn't been able to sit up on her own so I knew that as long as she was just laying in her crib then it would be fine. That was until last night. Thankfully nothing happened to her but here's what happened:
Last night I gave Trudi her medicine that she's still taking to clear up her ear infection. She was laying on her tummy in the crib as I gave it to her through the syringe. As I recall, I left her on her tummy when I left the room with Gus playing with Heidi on the bed. As I was in the kitchen Gus told me to come back to take a look at what Trudi was doing. Thinking nothing of it, I went back to take a look at her. I was SHOCKED! There she was, standing up and holding onto the crib. I couldn't believe it. I searched for my camera to take a picture but Gus reminded me that it's in the car. So yep, the crib IS going down.
